Join us for Frack Free Kimberley Friday Flyering outside the office of Labor MP for Bicton, Lisa O'Malley. The Bicton electorate includes Palmyra, Willagee, Kardinya, Melville, Attadale and the north/river side of East Fremantle.
RSVP below!
The EPA is nearing a decision on Black Mountain's fracking proposal in the Fitzroy Martuwarra River catchment, and alongside Traditional Custodians, other Kimberley community members and others across Perth, we are building up to demand a ban on fracking in the Kimberley before it's too late!
We are coordinating these actions outside of key state Labor MP offices across Perth, as a visible and strategic way to build support for a ban on fracking in the Kimberley.
Will you join us outside the office of Bicton MP Lisa O’Malley, at Stammers Shopping Centre, 165 Canning Highway, Palmyra? We’ll be getting a group photo, providing information to people coming into the shopping centre and waving placards to raise awareness of the issue for people driving past.
We’ll be meeting at 10:00am and will stay there until 11:00am. We’ll have information available to hand out to interested people. Please join us if you can, even if only for part of the time.
