Will you walk with us against fracking at May Day? Government decision makers will be in attendance and we want to send them a loud message! Sunday 4 May, 11.45am-1pm, Esplanade Reserve Fremantle. Please RSVP below.
This is a crucial opportunity to take our message straight to government decision makers - and support workers' rights while doing so!
The full day looks like this, but below you are only RSVPing for the walk/march:
10am to 12 noon – community festival incl free kids activities, bbq, music and speeches by UnionsWA (FrackFreeWA have a stall, come say hi if you come earlier, it's a public event)
11.45am – march assemble (we'll be at the back, but for ease meet us at our stall first)
12noon to 1pm – Union & Community groups march (if you come late, find us at the back)
1.30pm – festival close, stall pack up
Premier Cook and Minister McGurk will likely be in attendance, as will other key Ministers like new Environment Minister Mathew Swinbourn - that’s why this May Day is so important!
