We have earned a meeting with water minister Simone McGurk - a key decision maker on fracking. We are close to reaching our goal of 1000 people surveyed in her electorate on fracking but need your help to get there before this mid November meeting!
Let’s show Simone McGurk that her Fremantle constituents want to protect our land, water and air from gas fracking.
Can you join us to survey locals in Fremantle on fracking in the Kimberley?
Scroll down(or across) to the bottom to sign up for one or more of these times:
Saturday 2 November, 10-11.30am
Sunday 3 November, 11am-12.30pm
Saturday 9 November, 10-11.30am
Sunday 10 November, 11am-12.30pm
Surveying creates direct responses to handover to Minister McGurk and builds visibility and awareness in the electorate. We've also heard her office has had more people contacting her about this issue.
In September, 50 people went door to door surveying the views of South Fremantle voters on fracking. We had great conversations and results. Thanks to those efforts, we now have a meeting with Simone McGurk in a few weeks!
The most influential people that the Water Minister could hear from are her own constituents, the people of Fremantle.

We will contact you with the exact location a day or two before the session. It will either be in Beaconsfield or Hilton.
No experience is necessary - we will brief you, provide materials and pair you up with someone experienced.
