Communities in Action

Across Western Australia community opposition to fracking and unconventional gasfields is growing rapidly.

From Aboriginal Traditional Custodians in the Kimberley, to tourism operators and pastoralists in the Gascoyne region, and from farmers and horticulturists in the Mid West, to wine growers and small business operators in the state's South West, landholders and communities are getting organised to protect their land, livelihoods and lifestyles from risky fracking and unconventional gas extraction.
